Our Story

It all started with one cookie.

It happened by chance, in a little taco shop in France. We spotted a tray of beautiful, oversized cookies and decided to try one. That first bite was unforgettable. Rich, soft, generous — the kind of cookie that makes you stop mid-conversation and wonder how something so simple could taste so extraordinary.

We came home with that feeling still on our minds. What began as a search for a recipe became an obsession with getting every detail just right. Batch after batch, Barış experimented with ingredients, textures, temperatures and techniques, never settling for good enough. Eventually, the cookies that inspired it all became the starting point for something entirely his own. And that is how Barış the Baker was born.
